“ I purchased a used service Nissan cargo NV 2500 for my business I test drove it around the parking lot never those to play with the touchscreen/ radio I completed the transaction got the vehicle back to my office realized nothing on the dashboard screen works I contacted merv the salesman who sold me the vehicle he never apologized so stated I would pay for install if your dealership pays for the radio / touch screen he sated his boss said sure but I would have to buy it first which I did I had to contact him multiple times sent receipt of purchase back and forth time went by he replied come pick up check get to dealership the check is in his boss name not the customer/ me no apologies (ever ) he said we will mail here we are no texted week or ago he said mailed out still no check not sure how long it takes from Suffolk to western branch but here we are . I would never step foot near that dealership again . ”
